VGMatcha and Flaxseed Spread
Savoury spread for crackers, can be sweetened for a dessert topping
Prep: 20 minutes | Cook: Overnight | Servings: 10
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons matcha powder
- 2 cups flaxseed
- 1 1/2 cups barista oat milk
- 3 tablespoons red bean paste (optional, to sweeten)
- 3 tablespoons honey (optional, to sweeten)
Instructions
- Bring milk to boil and stir through matcha
- Stir through flaxseed, then pour into a container and refrigerate until cool
- Once cool, add honey and/or red bean paste if you want to sweeten it
- Whisk until porridge like
- Leave in fridge until it hardens into a spread
