Lime Salmon

Quicker and lighter alternative to Miso Salmon

Prep: 15 minutes | Cook: 25 minutes | Servings: 2

Ingredients

  • 3 salmon fillets, skin on
  • 2 zucchini
  • 1 lime
  • 1 avocado in chunks
  • Salt and oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 170°C
  2. Mix the salt, oil, and lime juice
  3. Dip each of the salmon and then add extra salt to the skin
  4. Bake the salmon for 25 minutes
  5. While cooking, slice the zucchini lengthwise. Dip and fry them until brown
  6. Serve with avocado chunks
