Ingredients

  • 2 lebanese cucumber
  • 3 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil

Instructions

  1. Peel and thinly slice cucumber
  2. Put in jar and mix with with rice wine vinegar and sesame oil
  3. Leave in fridge overnight
