Ingredients
- 2 lebanese cucumber
- 3 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
Instructions
- Peel and thinly slice cucumber
- Put in jar and mix with with rice wine vinegar and sesame oil
- Leave in fridge overnight
